Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-21. Plain-language and specific to what Vixify actually does, not boilerplate padding -- but this is a small side project run by one person, not a law firm, so treat this as a clear description of the deal rather than a substitute for your own legal advice if that matters to you.

The service

Vixify receives webhooks sent to a subdomain assigned to your project, stores them, and retries delivery to the target URL(s) you configure until it succeeds or your plan's retry window closes. Exact behavior, limits, and formulas are documented (accurately, not aspirationally) on /help -- that page and this one should never contradict each other; if they do, /help describes the actual code and takes precedence.

Plans & billing

No warranty, limited liability

Vixify is provided as is, with no uptime SLA or guarantee of any kind -- this is stated plainly on /compare too, since it's a real, honest limitation, not just legal boilerplate. To the maximum extent the law where you are allows: Vixify isn't liable for lost, delayed, or duplicated webhooks, for consequential or indirect damages, or for anything beyond what you actually paid us in the past 12 months. Don't rely on Vixify as the only path for a webhook whose loss would be genuinely catastrophic for you -- it's a small, cheap relay service, not an enterprise-grade guarantee.

Changes

These terms can change. Material changes (anything that actually affects what you're agreeing to, not wording cleanup) will be reflected here with an updated date at the top; continued use after a change means you accept it. If you don't, you can stop using the service and, on a paid plan, cancel through Lemon Squeezy.
